Hermes the god didn't need a horse because he had winged sandals and a winged helmet... but of course I'm talking about the Hermes shop in Melbourne which had this magnificent paper sculpture in its window!

I always think of you when the seasons change here. Fall is starting up here and it is a bit chilly. I thought several times lately that you would be shedding your cold weather gear and would be pulling out the warmer gear. I am envious.
